Shipping & Delivery
  1. Please make sure to double check the shipping addresses to ensure the delivery.
  2. If item returns to us due to incorrect shipping information, we will notify our customer know it is been returned by the post office or other carriers, and automatically give customer refund for the purchase.
  3. We will ship out within 1 or 2 Business days. Our office is closed on weekends and holidays.
  4. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. (Additionally, orders placed after 11:00 am IST will be considered placed on the next business day)

Additional Shipping Information
  1. Timely delivery is subject to the Terms of Service published by the carrier. Note that circumstances out of our control (like natural disasters, holiday delays, etc.) may produce shipping postponements.
  2. We only give an estimate delivery time of order. There might be delay in deliveries due to any circumstance which is not in our hand. We dont commit an fixed date for delivery.
  3. The recipient of the order will be responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by the recipient’s country and any carrier-related fees. These fees can vary widely from country to country.

Special Considerations
  1. All orders are subject to approval based on the billing information provided.
  2. All orders may be placed on hold for further security verifications if billing and shipping information is different and/or order total exceeds over Rs.5000/-
  3. In the occasion that an item is out of stock or unavailable, your order may not be shipped until a Customer Care Representative has contacted you for further instructions.
  • Cancellations, Exchanges, and Refunds
    • In case you want to cancel your order, contact Bharatiyam Store customer service. We will try our best to help you with your concern, but since we try to get the orders to you expeditiously, it might not be possible to cancel your order if it has already been shipped.
    • In case you receive the incorrect product or damaged product, kindly notify our customer service within 72 hours of delivery and we will be happy to send you the correct item.
    • Bookswagon reserves the right to refuse any refund wherein it is evident that the product has been used.
    • All pre-order transactions are not eligible for exchange or refund.
  • Delivery
    • Deliveries are made all week except national holidays through third party service providers appointed by Bharatiyam Store. We try our best to ensure that you receive your product within the stipulated time, however, if you do not receive your package within the specified time, you are requested to contact our customer service with the order reference number of the corresponding order.
    • When you sign for the delivered product, our responsibility towards the order ends there and the ownership of the product passes on to you. We will not be liable for any loss, damage, or breakage that takes place after the completion of delivery.
    • If you are not present at the time of delivery, Bharatiyam Store will assume that any adult at the provided address has been authorized to accept the orders on your behalf. In case that this isn’t possible or there is no one present at the time of delivery, we will not deliver the product and contact you to set up an alternate delivery time.
